🔄 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product.

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • You provide a clear video showing the damage/fault, along with a picture of the product label as proof of purchase.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange promptly.


↩️ Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return/refund if:

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of issue (video and product label) is provided.

After verification:

  • A replacement will be offered, or

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your choice.


📌 Important Notes

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • For health and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed products cannot be returned unless proven faulty or damaged.
